We understand that plans can change, and hence, we have established our Cancellation and Refund Policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for both users and service providers in such situations.

User-Initiated Cancellations
At Pandits Near Me, we strive to provide our users with a smooth and satisfactory experience while booking spiritual and religious services. We understand that plans can change, and hence, we have established our Cancellation and Refund Policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for both users and service providers in such situations.
- Before Confirmation by Pandits Near Me Representative: Users can cancel their booking request at any time before it is confirmed by our team without any charges.
- After Confirmation, but 120 (5 Days) Hours Before Scheduled Service: If a user cancels at least 120 hours (5 days) before the scheduled puja/service time, a full refund will be issued (excluding any payment gateway or processing fees, if applicable).
- Within 120 to 72 Hours ( 5 days to 3 days) of Scheduled Service: If a user cancels within 120 - 72 hours (5 Days to 3 Days) of the scheduled service, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. The remaining 50% (if prepaid) will be refunded.
- Within 72 Hours (within 3 Days) or No Show: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service or if the user does not show up will be non-refundable
Cancellation by Pandit
- In rare event that we or the assigned Panditji need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies, environmental disasters, etc.), users will be offered:
- Users may reschedule their booking at no additional cost with the same Pandit ji, or opt for another available Pandit ji without extra charges.
- Alternatively, a credit or discount may be applied to the current or future service.
Cancellation by Pandits Near Me
- In a rare event that due to unforeseen circumstances, service is been cancelled then users will be offered:
- Users may reschedule their booking at no additional cost with the same Pandit ji, or opt for another available Pandit ji without extra charges.
- Alternatively, a credit or discount may be applied to the current or future service.
Refund Policy
Eligibility
- Valid cancellation within the allowed timeframe (As listed above in cancellation policy).
- Service not delivered due to error or failure on our or Pandit’s part (as listed above in cancellation policy).
Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
- User provides incorrect information at the time of booking.
- User is not available at the scheduled time and location.
- Service has already been delivered or partially delivered.
- In case of dissatisfaction with spiritual results (spiritual services are subjective and based on faith).
Refund Timeline
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5 – 7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- The refund will be made to the original method of payment.
Rescheduling
- Users may request to reschedule the service once (subject to availability of Panditji) at least 48 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the service may not be accepted and will be treated as a late cancellation.
